Create CDB EdgeCompute apps

CDB EdgeCompute allows you to run applications in a serverless environment on CDB's scalable CDN network. You can create the following types of CDB EdgeCompute apps:

HTTP applications : manage apps that have their own URL and are built using CDB EdgeCompute Rust SDK or CDB EdgeCompute JavaScript SDK.
CDN applications : manage apps that extend the functionality of Orange's CDN and use Proxy-Wasm spec.
